Card transactions on the Website are secured by a highly reliable root certificate issued by GeoTrustCredit. This validated certificate (website certification) is issued by GeoTrust after they examine and verify that a website on the Internet is legitimate and operated by a real business or organization. We also use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology, one of the most reliable technologies available on the Internet today. This technology is used to encrypt personal information and order information such as your credit card number, and for sending and receiving data from your computer to the Website server. Since the transmitted data is encrypted, this makes it very difficult for your information to be deciphered, even in the remote possibility that it is intercepted by a third party. However, the Company does not guarantee the safety of your data, and we shall not be liable for data breaches or other such incidents that may occur through no fault of our own.
We use access log files for analyzing Website usage trends, Website administration, tracking user behavior and collecting a broad range of demographic information for aggregate use. This allows us to obtain statistical site usage information such as pages visited, the time spent on each page, the website visited directly prior to ours, and trends in how users navigate and transition between pages. It is not used to collect any personally identifiable information.
Although this Website contains several links to external websites, we do not share privacy information with them. We assume absolutely no responsibility for the collection of any personal information that takes place on a linked external website, so please make sure to refer to the policies of those websites with regard to their handling of personal information.
Our Company will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your prior consent or unless permitted by applicable laws and regulations, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003, inclusive of subsequent amendments), which includes, but is not limited to, the following:
While we have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of information contained within this Website, some information may potentially be misunderstood or contain typographical errors.
